We can deliver food trucks to anywhere in the world; shipping costs depend on your location and we will give you a quote once you see our inquiry form on the website and submit it.
Custom trailers take time and care to design and build. The production of our customized food trucks usually takes 6-8 weeks (of course it will depend on the complexity), and transportation usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive, excluding uncontrollable factors such as flights and weather.
When your goods are produced, we will provide you with multi-angle pictures and videos of the finished goods. There may be special devices and small assembly parts such as generator boxes.
We load the goods into large containers and transport them via freight liners to the destination port. Every food trailer we transport is fully secured to ensure the safety of the goods. At the same time, when we are about to reach the destination, we will promptly update a more accurate pick-up date so that you can arrange to pick up the goods at the local warehouse or deliver them directly to you.
We provide you with a Bill of Sale and Certificate of Origin to register your vending trailer with the DMV, thus allowing the trailer to be transported to the DMV for registration.
Return terms
In order for an item to be eligible for return, please make sure:
The item was purchased within the past 30 days
The goods are in original packaging
The goods have not been used or damaged
You have a receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
Supply goods to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
The goods supplied are not suitable for return by their nature, deteriorate rapidly or have exceeded their expiry date.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which are delivered unsealed.
The supply of goods is, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions above.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.
Warranty policy
We offer a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the food trailer construction and appliances used in your concession vehicle. If there is any problem with the appliances in your food trailer or vending cart, we will reship you with brand new parts or pay for the repairs in your local area. This warranty is limited to non-accidental and non-operational conditions in which the product stops working or malfunctions.
